POLICIES

We invite you to experience our rustic elegance, fresh air, and beautiful scenery. There are so many ways to stay here at Fort Tuthill. From Hotel rooms to cabins, and A-Frame lodges to Yurts, you’re guaranteed to be nice and cozy. Each of our accommodations have their own personal charm that makes them unique, but whichever you choose our staff will be right there with you.

YOUR STAY

  • Check-in: 3am
  • Check out: 11amQuiet hours: 10pm-7am
  • Speed limit: 5 MPH
  • Vehicle parking is in designated lots only, All driveways and roads are considered fire lanes.  The use of ATVs is limited to the main road.

ELIGIBILITY 

  • A military ID is required upon check-in.
  • As the sponsor for the rental unit(s) under your name, you are responsible for the conduct of the guests with you, insuring that they abide by the policies and procedures. You are also responsible for any lost or damaged government property, and will be appropriately charged for repair and/or replacement.  Failure to comply with the rules and policies may result in you being asked to leave the premises with no refund for the reservation(s).

 

 

RENTALS

Daily rental items  are due back to the lodge by 8pm., unless rented for multiple days. Videos are due back by 11am.

  • PET ACCOMIDATIONS

    • Pets are only allowed in pet designed A-Frames and cabins, Yurts, and the campground. Pets may not be left in a vehicle.  Pets must be on a leash at all times.  Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

 

  • SMOKING

    Smoking is prohibited in all units and buildings.

  • Firearms are prohibited on site, if you have a firearm with you it must be locked in your vehicle. This includes guns, bows, cross-bows, BB and pellet guns, slingshots, etc.  Please declare weapons at check-in.
  • We have strict outdoor fire restrictions at Fort Tuthill. Wood fires are prohibited, except in designed fire rings, located in the campground,  behind the lodge and unit A01.  Fires in the fire ring must be kept less than 3 feet in height.  Extinguish the fire when leaving the fire pit, make sure there is no smoke or glowing coals. 
  • Only use charcoal in the barbeque grills.  Note, depending on fire restrictions and/or wind conditions, charcoal fires may be prohibited.
